It’s Dental Health Month!

Brushing your teeth thoroughly is so important for your dental health, but it can be hard for kids to remember all of the steps for brushing their teeth. Oftentimes kids would rather play with their toys than brush their teeth. Check out these fun lyrics created by our Music Therapist that is super fun and helps children remember each step!

How to use the song at home:

This song will walk your child through each step of  brushing their teeth and it’s sung to the tune of “Baby Shark.” You can also use visuals for additional support! The song is catchy, and singing while brushing teeth can help it feel more fun. The length of each verse is also a great way to make sure your child is spending enough time brushing each part of their mouth! Feel free to change up the words to fit your child’s needs and abilities.
